The Defence and Veterans’ Service Commission (DVSC) provides independent oversight and evidence-based advice to the Australian Government on system reforms to improve suicide prevention and wellbeing outcomes for serving and ex-serving Australian Defence Force (ADF) members.
It is an independent Non-corporate Commonwealth Entity headed by an independent Commissioner. The Commissioner is the Accountable Authority and head of the agency.
