Information Publication Scheme
Our Information Publication Scheme Agency Plan.
The Information Publication Scheme (IPS) aims to transform the freedom of information framework from one that responds to individual requests for access to documents to one that requires agencies to take a proactive approach to publishing information. The IPS provides a legislative framework for the publication of government information.
The DVSC is an agency subject to the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) and must comply with the requirements relating to the IPS.
We have prepared an Agency Plan to outline how we will deliver on the IPS.
