Senate Order on Entity Contracts
Read about non-procurement contracts that we have entered into.
Pursuant to the Senate Order 13 on Entity Contracts for non-corporate Commonwealth entities, the DVSC will publish a list of non-procurement contracts that we have entered into that provide for a consideration of $100,000 or more (GST inclusive), that have either:
- Been entered into in the previous 12 months at the end of the reporting periods; or
- Have not been fully performed
The Senate Order on Entity Contracts is produced at the conclusion of two reporting periods each year; Financial Year and Calendar Year.
Procurement contracts are available through the Senate Order Report on AusTender.
Some of contracts may contain confidentiality provisions of a general nature that are designed to protect the confidential information of the parties that may be obtained or generated in carrying out the contract. The reasons for including such clauses include:
- Protection of trade secrets and proprietary information; and/or
- Protection of other commonwealth material and personal information
