Corporate Plan
Our Corporate Plan sets out our operating context, strategic goals and values to guide us towards achieving our purpose to improve suicide prevention and wellbeing outcomes for Defence members, veterans and their families.
The Corporate Plan details the DVSC's stakeholders, operating environment and enterprise risks. It outlines how performance will be measured, and the approaches we use to achieve our purpose.
The Corporate Plan is the principal planning document for the DVSC, as required under paragraph 35(1)(b) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act).
The PGPA Act requires the accountable authority of a Commonwealth entity to prepare and publish a Corporate Plan every year.
