Privacy Collection Notice for DVSC Mailing List

The privacy and security of your personal information is important to us and is protected by law. The Defence and Veterans’ Service Commission (DVSC) is collecting your personal information to add you to the DVSC Mailing List so that you can receive updates and communications from the DVSC periodically.

This personal information includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your organisation/entity (if applicable)

The DVSC Mailing List is an opt-in subscription and providing your personal information is entirely voluntary. The DVSC will use whatever information you provide to send updates and communications. If you later wish to opt-out of updates and communications, you can email contact@dvsc.gov.au to be taken off the DVSC Mailing List.

The DVSC will not use or disclose the personal information you provide, other than for the purpose/s described above, unless you have provided consent for us to do this, or we are authorised or required to do so by law.

The DVSC’s Privacy Policy explains how the DVSC handles and protects the personal information provided by you. Our Privacy Policy contains information on how you can request access to, or correct the personal information we hold about you, and who to contact if you have a privacy enquiry or complaint and how the DVSC will deal with such a complaint.
